Under the warm gaze of Mount Alaric, Christelle Alias continues her family’s passionate quest to produce deliciously rebellious wines at their Roussillon domaine. Her vineyard produces grapes that are not often found in the region as the family firmly believes their soil and climate is perfectly suitable to these chosen vines.

Indeed, the domaine produces a wide range of wines and varietals, which reflects their emphasis on innovation and respect for the environment. Their goal is to passionately push the boundaries of their terroirs by creating new types of organic Roussillon wines.

Pale yellow with green reflections and an intense nose of grapefruit and blackcurrant. Lively tannins but not aggressive. A slightly lower alcohol level maintains a fleshy concentration and freshness.
